The global cargo movement landscape is constantly shifting. From your perspective, what are the most significant sector-specific trends currently impacting port logistics and freight forwarding, and how is Hexalog adapting to these changes?
The global cargo movement landscape is undergoing a fundamental transformation—one driven primarily by geopolitical shifts, supply chain disruptions, and the urgent need to build resilience. Recent global events, such as the US-China trade tensions, have exposed critical vulnerabilities in traditional logistics models, highlighting an overdependence on single-source manufacturing and fragile global supply chains.
In response, the logistics industry is entering a new phase—one where the emphasis is shifting from cost optimization and lean operations to resilience, agility, and trust-building. Businesses are realigning their sourcing footprints and diversifying manufacturing bases across more stable and strategically located regions. The goal now is not just to move goods efficiently, but to ensure that supply chains can endure, adapt, and evolve amid geopolitical and economic uncertainty.

“But we’re going beyond efficiency. Our vision is to create a data-driven logistics ecosystem that adapts in real time, thrives on predictive intelligence, and aligns seamlessly with business goals.”

AI and predictive tools are transforming various industries. Can you share specific examples of how Hexalog is utilizing AI and predictive analytics in areas such as cargo load planning, shipment tracking, and customs workflows? What kind of predictive alerts are proving most valuable to your clients?
This global reset is opening broader opportunities for value creation across the logistics sector—particularly in digital transformation, sustainability, and real-time adaptability. According to the 2024 BCG–NASSCOM report, India’s AI market is projected to grow at a CAGR of 25–35%, signalling a strong pipeline of innovation and job creation in supply chain technology. At Hexalog, we see these challenges as catalysts for transformation. We are currently developing a next-generation, AI-led full-stack logistics platform designed to provide plug-and-play global connectivity across both sea and air trade lanes. Our solution intelligently assigns service providers based on lane dynamics and cargo profiles, eliminating inefficiencies and bringing automation to traditionally fragmented freight workflows.
But we’re going beyond efficiency. Our vision is to create a data-driven logistics ecosystem that adapts in real time, thrives on predictive intelligence, and aligns seamlessly with business goals. Whether it’s responding to sudden geopolitical disruptions or proactively managing capacity surges, our platform is built to deliver end-to-end visibility, flexibility, and strategic foresight.

India’s potential in global cargo movement is widely discussed. What specific opportunities do you see for India to further strengthen its position as a global EXIM hub, and how is Hexalog contributing to this growth?
Recent global developments have amplified India’s attractiveness as a key investment destination and has positioned India as a pivotal player in the global stage, fueled by a robust economic foundation, a young and skilled workforce, and a proactive policy environment. India is now strategically positioned to serve as both a critical player in global supply chains and a preferred partner in cross-border trade.
With over 7,500 km of coastline and proximity to vital shipping lanes like the Suez Canal route, India holds natural advantages as a transshipment and logistics hub. The government’s SAGARMALA initiative is capitalizing on this potential, focusing on the modernization of ports, enhanced multimodal connectivity, coastal industrial development, and inclusive community upliftment. In parallel, the “Make in India” campaign is fueling export growth by encouraging domestic production with global ambitions.
Infrastructure mega-projects such as the Dedicated Freight Corridors (DFCs), Bharatmala, and Gati Shakti are transforming India’s inland logistics landscape—connecting hinterlands to ports with greater speed, efficiency, and reliability. Amid current geopolitical shifts, India is emerging as a viable alternative, offering global businesses resilience, scale, and cost competitiveness.
At Hexalog, we recognize that to realize India’s EXIM potential, businesses need more than traditional freight solutions—they need intelligent orchestration across the entire logistics value chain. Our AI-led 4PL orchestration framework offers a full-stack, digital-first solution that simplifies the complexity of cross-border logistics.
Through a unified digital platform, we enable brands to eliminate operational silos, gain end-to-end visibility, and scale rapidly—whether they’re managing exports, imports, or international e-commerce. By integrating customs workflows, cargo planning, shipment tracking, and real-time analytics, Hexalog empowers Indian exporters and importers to operate with agility, transparency, and global compliance.
But we’re not just moving goods—we’re moving ambitions. Our mission is to grow in tandem with Indian enterprises, delivering solutions that evolve with their global journey and contribute to India’s expanding footprint in world trade. As India steps forward on the global stage, Hexalog is committed to being at the forefront of logistics innovation, enabling the next era of Indian trade excellence.

“Whether we are supporting a fashion label through seasonal peaks or managing precision delivery for ergonomic goods, our strategy remains consistent: listen closely, adapt intelligently, and execute flawlessly.”

Hexalog works with leading brands, which often have unique and demanding logistics requirements. How do you approach tailoring your end-to-end solutions, from customs clearance to warehousing, to meet the specific needs and high standards of such diverse clientele?
At Hexalog, our approach to logistics is deeply rooted in understanding the individual DNA of each client’s supply chain. We recognize that no two industries operate the same way. This belief shapes how we design and deliver our end-to-end solutions, from customs clearance to warehousing and last-mile delivery.
Each sector brings its own set of challenges. For instance, in the apparel industry, we work with brands navigating high SKU complexity, rapid trend cycles, and massive volume surges during key retail events like “End of season sale”. These conditions require more than just operational readiness, they demand agile, tech-enabled infrastructure and a responsive, skilled ground team to ensure fulfillment, accuracy, and on-time execution.
To meet these standards, our warehouses are equipped with custom-configured picking systems, zone-based layouts, and real-time inventory visibility, allowing us to adapt to high-velocity environments. We also integrate our services with brand-specific systems for seamless order management, while our in-house customs teams ensure regulatory compliance without delay.
Whether we are supporting a fashion label through seasonal peaks or managing precision delivery for ergonomic goods, our strategy remains consistent: listen closely, adapt intelligently, and execute flawlessly. By focusing on the unique nuances of each client’s supply chain, Hexalog transforms complexity into performance—and logistics into a true competitive advantage.

“Ultimately, Hexalog’s future is about more than movement—it’s about enabling India’s global economic narrative through resilient, tech-powered logistics. We’re not just expanding services; we’re building a global logistics backbone with an Indian soul.”

Looking ahead, what is your vision for Hexalog in the next 3-5 years? Are there any new technologies, markets, or service expansions you are particularly excited to explore?
At Hexalog, our long-term vision is rooted in supporting the global ambitions of Indian enterprises while steadily building a presence across high-growth trade corridors. Currently focused on the Indian diaspora, we are laying the groundwork to expand our footprint into East Asia and the Middle East—two regions that align strategically with India’s growing international trade ties and our own service strengths.
As we enter new markets, our approach is clear: develop localized expertise for each trade lane we operate in. We believe that true logistics excellence lies in understanding the cultural, regulatory, and infrastructural nuances of each region—whether it’s navigating customs protocols in the Gulf or optimizing fulfillment across East Asian supply chains.
In the next 4–5 years, we envision Hexalog becoming a globally integrated logistics player, targeting a revenue milestone of more than USD 300 million, backed by a diverse and global clientele. This growth will be fueled not just by geographic expansion, but by deepening our investment in technology.
We are particularly excited about building out our AI-led orchestration platform—a full-stack digital solution that simplifies cross-border logistics through intelligent service-matching, real-time visibility, and end-to-end automation. This will enable our clients to scale globally with the same agility and control they expect in their domestic operations.
Ultimately, Hexalog’s future is about more than movement—it’s about enabling India’s global economic narrative through resilient, tech-powered logistics. We’re not just expanding services; we’re building a global logistics backbone with an Indian soul.
