Ritco Logistics, a leading integrated logistics solutions provider, has announced the appointment of Arindam Dey as Assistant Vice President (AVP), 3PL Business, effective 18th August 2025. Known for his extensive experience in strategy, operations, and leadership, Mr. Dey has a proven track record of driving growth, operational excellence, and client-focused solutions in the logistics and supply chain sectors. In this key role, he will lead Ritco logistics’ 3PL business vertical, driving strategic initiatives, enhancing service delivery, and strengthening partnerships across the logistics ecosystem.
Mr. Dey has had a distinguished career spanning 24 years in logistics, including 15 years in 3PL and supply chain management. Prior to joining Ritco logistics, he was associated with TVS Supply Chain Solutions Limited, where he led multiple large-scale logistics and supply chain projects, focusing on efficiency, innovation, and client engagement.
He is recognized for his operational expertise and strategic mindset, particularly in integrating technology-driven solutions with supply chain processes to deliver measurable impact. His core competencies include 3PL operations, supply chain optimization, stakeholder management, and business growth in competitive markets.
