As of 1st January 2026, Richard Weber, long-standing CEO of REGO-FIX AG, will hand over operational leadership to Pascal Forrer. Following a careful evaluation process, the Board of Directors unanimously appointed Pascal Forrer as the new CEO. Pascal Forrer has been with REGO-FIX since 2018, where he has been responsible for strengthening the company’s international focus in marketing and sales. With more than 20 years of experience in the machining industry and a strong market-driven approach, he has made a significant contribution to the sustainable global growth of the REGO-FIX Group. His appointment as CEO is the result of a long-term succession plan and underlines REGO-FIX’s commitment to continuity and sustainable leadership.
