Mahindra Farm Machinery, part of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., celebrated women employees at its Farm Machinery manufacturing facility in Pithampur. The Pithampur plant recently achieved a key production milestone with the rollout of its 1000th harvester, reflecting the rapid scale-up of operations since the facility began production.
The Pithampur facility currently has over 40 women professionals working across various functions, reflecting Mahindra’s commitment to building an inclusive workplace and encouraging greater participation of women in manufacturing.
Located in the Pithampur Industrial Area, the plant is Mahindra’s first dedicated farm machinery manufacturing facility launched in 2022. Mahindra also celebrated International Women’s Day across its other manufacturing locations in Mumbai, Nagpur, Rudrapur, Zaheerabad and Jaipur.
