Prequate Advisory has announced two key leadership elevations as part of its next phase of growth. Karan Kumar has been elevated to Engagement Partner, while Harsha SG takes on the role of Head of Growth & Client Strategy.
The appointments reflect Prequate’s continued focus on strengthening leadership depth across two critical pillars of the firm – client delivery excellence and long-term strategic growth. Karan Kumar has been with Prequate for over seven years and has worked across more than 200 client engagements spanning growth strategy, operational restructuring, transaction support, and business transformation mandates. In his new role as Engagement Partner, he will lead senior client relationships, drive execution quality across mandates, and mentor the next generation of consulting talent within the firm.  As client mandates become increasingly complex and outcome-driven, Karan Kumar, Engagement Partner, Prequate Advisory, reflecting on the responsibility that comes with the role, said, “Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with clients navigating both growth and uncertainty, and those experiences have shaped how I think about consulting. Harsha SG, who has spent over five years at Prequate, has played a key role in client engagement, business development, and strategic growth initiatives. As Head of Growth & Client Strategy, he will lead the firm’s efforts across business development, strategic partnerships, and long-term client relationship management, with a focus on strengthening Prequate’s positioning as a strategic growth partner to the mid-market ecosystem.
