Kabelschlepp India, a part of the globally renowned Tsubaki Group and a leading provider of cable carrier and motion solutions, welcomed a senior leadership delegation from Tsubakimoto Chain Co., Japan, during a strategic visit to India.
The delegation comprised Mr. Maeda, Managing Executive Officer – PT Division & Global Business, Mr. Horishi, Manager – Global Marketing Department, Mr. Yuji, Manager, Global Managing Department, Global Business, and Mr. Yamamoto, Manager – Global Marketing Section. As part of the visit, the Tsubaki leadership team also participated in a special Employee Recognition Program organized by Kabelschlepp India to honour employees for their dedication, commitment, and long-standing service to the organization. Employees who completed five years and 10 years of service were felicitated with recognition badges and commemorative silver bar mementoes in appreciation of their contributions to the company’s growth journey. Notably, more than 50% of the award recipients were employees from the differently abled deaf and mute workforce, reflecting Kabelschlepp India’s strong commitment to building an inclusive workplace where talent, dedication, and performance are recognized and celebrated irrespective of physical abilities.
