FORVIA has announced the appointment of Yves Dumoulin as Executive Vice President of Faurecia Clarion Electronics, effective 19 January 2026. Prior serving as Senior Vice President of Faurecia Hydrogen Solutions since 2023, Mr. Dumoulin succeeds Jim Chang. He joins FORVIA’s Executive Committee and reports directly to Martin Fischer, FORVIA’s Chief Executive Officer. Yves Dumoulin joined FORVIA in 2016 and has held a wide range of leadership roles across regions and business divisions. He first served within the Clean Mobility division as Vice President Strategy, before becoming Vice President Asia Pacific and subsequently Vice President China Division in November 2019. He was then appointed SVP Europe Division for FORVIA Interiors in November 2021, before returning to the Clean Mobility Division as SVP Hydrogen Solutions. He holds an Engineering Diploma from the École Polytechnique and the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, where he majored in Computer Science and Economy.
