Hind Rectifiers Ltd (Hirect) has acquired the business & operating assets of French company BeLink Solutions for EUR 1 million. An additional EUR 2 million will be infused into the proposed subsidiary – Hirect will subscribe EUR 1 million as preference shares and take a 66% equity stake, while promoter group companies will hold the remaining 34%.
