Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited (KOEL) unveiled its pioneering Ethanol and Isobutanol engine technology, the world’s first for Genset applications evaluated by ARAI. The launch, officiated by Union Minister of Road Transport & Highways Nitin Gadkari, underscored the government’s push for alternative fuel solutions as a cornerstone of India’s journey towards energy independence and environmental stewardship.
KOEL reaffirmed its leadership in advancing clean power solutions, with the new engines launched around World Biofuel Day, highlighting the company’s focus on alternative fuels, supporting national energy diversification goals and accelerating the transition to a low-carbon future.
