In a strategic move to consolidate its operational leadership, TTK Prestige Ltd. has announced the promotion of Srikanth Bhadravathi to the newly created role of Chief Supply Chain and Operations Officer (CSCOO). Previously serving as the company’s Chief Manufacturing Officer, Mr. Bhadravathi will now dually manage the responsibilities of both Chief Operations Officer (COO) and Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO).
The appointment comes at a critical juncture for the kitchen appliances giant as it seeks to streamline its end-to-end operations. Mr. Bhadravathi brings over 28 years of rich, multi-industry experience in operations and profit-and-loss (P&L) management. Notably, his background includes deep original equipment manufacturer (OEM) experience with Toyota Kirloskar Motor, where he mastered the renowned Toyota Production System (TPS). This expertise in Lean manufacturing and operational excellence will be foundational as he takes the reins of TTK Prestige’s expanded supply network.
Mr. Bhadravathi’s proven track record includes holding P&L accountability across multi-plant environments—managing up to nine manufacturing facilities simultaneously—and directing global operations that supported manufacturing hubs outside of India. His career spans both the automotive sector—where he oversaw complex assembly lines, powertrain components, and exhaust systems for companies like Faurecia and Federal Mogul—and the non-automotive consumer goods space, including tenures at BPL Limited managing colour TV and refrigerator production lines.
Beyond shop-floor metrics, Mr. Bhadravathi is recognized as a strong people’s leader and a strategic partner to sales divisions, frequently aligning manufacturing footprints with new business acquisitions. By anchoring both supply chain and operations under a single, seasoned leader, TTK Prestige signals a clear intent to drive agility, reduce market lead times, and build a highly responsive manufacturing ecosystem for the future.
