VXI Global Solutions has appointed Sarfaraz Kader as the Vice President. With over two decades of experience, Mr. Kader will serve as Vice President at VXI Global Solutions, leading operations with a focus on operations administration, customer service management and service operation. His role emphasizes delivering operational efficiency, fostering high service standards and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Previously, as Vice President and Head of India Operations at Foundever, Mr. Kader managed a workforce of over 8,000 employees across 10 delivery hubs in four cities. He was responsible for overseeing operational delivery, managing P&L, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance profitability and efficiency.
