“Building a dealer network goes beyond entering new markets. It means partnering with people who understand local consumers and can support them through their EV ownership journey. Our focus is on the 3S — Sales, Service and Spares, ensuring a strong ownership experience while aligning our manufacturing capacity and dealer network to support the business’s growth.” Shalu Gupta, Co-Founder, e-SPRINTO
e-SPRINTO has announced a two-phase dealer expansion strategy to strengthen its retail presence across India. The company will initially focus on North, South and West India before extending its network into Central and East India, with the aim of building a wider market presence for its electric two-wheelers.
Phase 1 will focus on establishing and strengthening the company’s dealer network across key markets in North, South and West India. e-SPRINTO plans to add approximately 20 dealers in North India, 15 in South India and 15 in West India, with priority markets including Delhi-NCR, Jaipur, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Pune. The company aims to have 50+ dealers across India by March 2027, building a stronger retail base in these regions and improving access to its products for prospective customers.
In Phase 2, the company plans to extend its reach into Central and East India, taking its retail network into additional markets. This stage will build on the presence established during the first phase, with expansion planned across cities including Bhopal, Gwalior, Indore, Kolkata and Bhubaneshwar. Through this phased approach, e-SPRINTO is targeting 200+ dealers nationwide by the end of FY 2028, with the network expected to support its wider ambitions in the electric two-wheeler market.
Commenting on the development, Shalu Gupta, Co-Founder, e-SPRINTO, said, “Building a dealer network goes beyond entering new markets. The expansion follows the launch of the e-SPRINTO G1, the company’s first electric scooter for the business-to-consumer (B2C) market, with prices starting at ₹89,999 (ex-showroom Delhi). Developed following nearly two years of dedicated research and development and consumer research, the G1 has been designed around the everyday requirements of Indian commuters. It combines multiple battery options, different riding modes and utility-focused features, with the objective of making electric mobility accessible to a wider range of consumers.
